Rates

12.5% VI Hotel Tax (not included in weekly rate)

$200 cleaning fee per stay. If mid-stay cleanings are desired, additional charges will be added.

Reservation Requirements

4 day minimum stay. If shorter day desired, contact us to discuss request.

Initial payment due at time of reservation: $500 non-refundable payment. The remainder of payment is due in full 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation policy: Guest receives 97% (less $500.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

A $500 damage deposit hold will be placed on a credit card 5 days before your stay, and released within 5-7 days of checkout, assuming no damage claims. Alternatively, a $500 security deposit can be paid in cash / check, and returned by check.

Detailed Terms and Conditions are in the Rental Agreement, which must be signed before the booking will be confirmed.
