What is your cancellation policy?

Guest receives 97% (less $500 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

How should I leave the property?

Although a maid service comes before you arrive and after you leave to ensure the property is clean, you are responsible for leaving the property in the condition in which you received it. You are renting someone’s home and you should be respectful and leave it the way you would want your own left. If additional cleaning is required, in excess of your Security Deposit, your credit card on file may be charged.

Do you offer wireless internet?

Yes.  We have high-speed wireless internet throughout the condo.
​The password will be provided in the information packet you receive before arrival.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.  We ask that all guests please respect the check-in/check-out times unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  In most cases, our housekeeping staff will need all the time available between guests to clean and reset the condo.  Requests for early check-ins/late check-outs will be accommodated whenever possible but are subject to availability, additional fees and pre-arrangement.

Is there a gym nearby?

Our preferred gym on the island is the Beeston Hill Fitness Center, which has day, week, and month passes for purchase.
There are also several options for yoga, including a morning yoga sail on Fridays.
